    Abstract: This application relates to the field of space communications technologies, and provides an acquisition, pointing, and tracking (APT) subsystem and a spacecraft communications system. The APT subsystem includes a first controller, a first terahertz transceiver, and a terahertz antenna array that are sequentially connected, where the first terahertz transceiver is configured to modulate and demodulate a terahertz wave; the terahertz antenna array is configured to send and receive the terahertz wave; and the first controller is configured to control the first terahertz transceiver to acquire, point, and track another APT subsystem by using the terahertz antenna array.

    Abstract: A stereo encoding method and apparatus, and a stereo decoding method and apparatus are disclosed. The stereo encoding method includes: performing downmix processing on a left channel signal of a current frame and a right channel signal of the current frame, to obtain a primary channel signal of the current frame and a secondary channel signal of the current frame; and when determining that a frame structure similarity value falls within a frame structure similarity interval, performing differential encoding on a pitch period of the secondary channel signal by using an estimated pitch period value of the primary channel signal, to obtain a pitch period index value of the secondary channel signal, where the pitch period index value of the secondary channel signal is used to generate a to-be-sent stereo encoded bitstream.

The method includes: when a core network device or user equipment detects that service data is not transmitted over a communication channel between the two devices by using an air interface resource, switching a first frequency of sending a hello packet to a peer device to a second frequency, and sending a frequency switching message to instruct the peer device also to switch the first frequency of sending a hello packet to the second frequency, so that when the hello packet is not detected within a packet detection period, an access network device releases an air interface resource occupied by a first communication channel.

    Abstract: A signal processing method and device includes obtaining spectral coefficients of a current frame of an audio signal, in which N sub-bands of the current frame comprises at least one of the spectral coefficients. A total energy of M successive sub-bands of the N sub-bands, a total energy of K successive sub-bands of the N sub-bands, and an energy of a first sub-band are obtained to determine whether to modify original envelope values of the M sub-bands. When the original envelope values of the M sub-bands are modified, encoding bits are allocated to each of the N sub-bands according to the modified envelope values of the M sub-bands.
