A computing device extracts claims, patent law clauses, and prior art documents from an Office action document according to preset regular expressions, and stores the extracted claims, patent law clauses, and prior art documents in an array stored in a storage unit of the computing device. The computing device identifies rejected claims of the Office action document from the extracted claims, and searches involved patent law clauses and prior art documents regarding the rejected claims in the Office action document. The computing device records each identified rejected claim with involved patent law clauses and prior art documents in the storage unit, according to importance ratings of the rejected claims and the relationships.
Abstract:
A method for signing an electronic document includes receiving a digital signature request of an electronic document from a client computer, the digital signature request comprising the electronic document and an identifier of the electronic document, sending the electronic document to a corresponding application server determined by the identifier of the electronic device. The method further includes receiving a signed value from the client computer, sending the signed value to the corresponding application server to generate a digitally-singed electronic document by merging the signed value and the electronic document.
Abstract:
A method for protecting an electronic file is provided. The method symmetrically encrypts the electronic file with a symmetric key, and asymmetrically encrypts the symmetric key. In addition, the method calculates a message digest for the encrypted electronic file, and obtains a trusted timestamp for the message digest. The method may provide security and authenticity for the electronic file.
Abstract:
A computer-implemented method for updating patent examination procedures automatically is provided. The method includes determining whether an examination procedure of a patent stored in a database needs to be updated by monitoring a status of the patent, obtaining an application country information and an application number of the patent from the database, accessing a patent website corresponding to the application country information to search examination information of the patent in the patent website. The method further includes determining whether the examination information of the patent has been changed, downloading new examination information of the patent from the patent website according to the application number of the patent, if the examination information of the patent has been changed, and uploading the new examination information of the patent to the database to update the examination procedure of the patent.

A method for managing toolbar on a web page includes the steps of: separating a web page into a toolbar area (1) and a content area (2); registering a function button (3) in the content area by means of registering an identification of the function button; creating an image icon (4) in the toolbar area, the image icon corresponding to the registered function button; and mapping the registered function button to the image icon, thereby functions of the registered function button can be executed by clicking the image icon. A related system is also provided.

A method for filling a form of a web page stored in a Web server (1) includes the steps of: providing an application server (2) for receiving parameter values; searching and obtaining to-be-posted new data from a database (3) according to the parameter values; matching the to-be-posted new data with one or more corresponding input fields of the form of the Web page according to the parameter values; accessing the Web page of the Web server; filling up the corresponding input fields with the to-be-posted new data; and activating the form of the Web page in order to post data of the corresponding input fields to the Web server. A related system is also provided.
Abstract:
A method for monitoring information of trademarks via a trademark information Web site is disclosed. The trademark information Web site is accessible via the Internet. The method includes the steps of: setting search conditions, and periodically searching trademarks via the trademark information Web site according to the search conditions; obtaining a search result table in response to the searching, the search result table listing basic information of trademarks retrieved from the trademark information Web site under the search conditions; downloading detailed information of the trademarks in the search result table; and storing the detailed information of the trademarks downloaded into the database server. A related system is also disclosed.
Abstract:
A system for creating and managing contracts flexibly is provided. The system includes a server, a plurality of client computers connected to the server via a network and a database. The server is configured for receiving information of desired contracts from users on the client computers, obtaining contract templates in the database or creating contract templates based on information of the desired contract and for receiving feedback information from the users when the users apply the contract templates to complete the desired contracts. Furthermore, the server is configured for monitoring status of the completed desired contracts. A related method is also provided.

A monitoring server receives the latest monitored data and corresponding monitoring time from monitoring devices connected to the server at a specified time interval. The monitoring server records monitored data of each monitoring item and the corresponding monitoring time to a pointed node of a device data list, and adds the monitored data and the corresponding monitoring time, which are recorded in the pointed node of the device data list, into a monitored data list. When a web server requests real-time monitored data, corresponding monitored data is read from the device data list and sent to the web server. When the web server requests historical monitored data of an designated period, corresponding monitored data of the designated period is read from the monitored data list and sent to the web server.

A remote computer and method monitors a resource utilization rate of a cloud server of a datacenter. The remote computer obtains a resource utilization rate of each of virtual machines installed in the cloud server. The remote computer calculates the resource utilization rate of the cloud server according to the resource utilization rate of each of the virtual machines. The remote computer transfers one or more virtual machines from the cloud server to other cloud servers until the resource utilization rate of the cloud server is equal to or less than the predetermined resource utilization rate.
