Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a separator. The method includes (S1) preparing a slurry containing inorganic particles dispersed therein and a solution of a binder polymer in a solvent, and coating the slurry on at least one surface of a porous substrate to form a first porous coating layer, and (S2) electroprocessing a polymer solution on the outer surface of the first porous coating layer to form a second porous coating layer. The first porous coating layer formed on at least one surface of the porous substrate is composed of a highly thermally stable inorganic material to suppress short-circuiting between an anode and a cathode even when an electrochemical device is overheated. The second porous coating layer formed by electroprocessing improves the bindability of the separator to other base materials of the electrodes.

The optical fiber includes a core comprising a maximum refractive index difference Δn1 in the optical fiber, an inner layer comprising a refractive index difference Δn2 that is smaller than the maximum refractive index of the core and decreases in a direction away from the core, the inner layer being positioned outside the core, and a trench layer comprising an inner-circumference refractive index difference Δn3 that is smaller than the refractive index difference of the inner layer and an outer-circumference refractive index difference Δn4 that is a minimum refractive index difference in the optical fiber.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light emitting device for preventing a cross-talk phenomenon and a pectinated pattern. The light emitting device includes data lines, scan lines, pixels and a discharging circuit. The data lines are disposed in a first direction, and the scan lines are disposed in a second direction different from the first direction. The pixels are formed in cross areas of the data lines and the scan lines. The discharging circuit discharges at least one data line to a first discharge voltage during a first sub-discharging time of a discharging time, and changes the first discharge voltage into a second discharge voltage during a second sub-discharging time of the discharging time. The light emitting device discharges data lines to discharge voltages corresponding to cathode voltage of pixels, and so cross-talk phenomenon and pectinated pattern is not occurred in the light emitting device.
Abstract:
There is provided a light emitting module including: a printed circuit board; a plurality of light emitting diode chips disposed at a distance from one another on a conductive pattern formed on a top of the printed circuit board; and a connector formed on a bottom of the printed circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of light emitting diode chips. The light emitting diode chips and the connector are optimally arranged to ensure that the light emitting module is suitably utilized as a high-density linear light source including a great number of light emitting diode chips and emits light outward with minimum loss.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a photobioreactor for mass culture of microalgae. The present invention provides a photobioreactor for mass culture of microalgae, comprising: a culture container comprising external walls which comprise an optical filter zone capable of selective penetration or blocking of a part of wavelength or region from sunlight and/or a heat conversion zone for selectively absorbing a part of wavelength or region from sunlight to convert the same into heat, and a reaction chamber which is three-dimensionally formed so as to accommodate microalgae and is an inner space restricted by the external walls; and a coupling means for connecting a floating means which is connected to the culture container or the culture container to the bottom of the water or a structure on the water, thereby locating the culture container near the surface of the water for the exposure of the culture container to sunlight.

An electronic apparatus includes a job processor to perform a job of the image forming apparatus, a storage unit to store apparatus use information on a user of the image forming apparatus and job performance of the job processor, a determination unit to determine whether the user is changed or not, and a controller to delete the apparatus use information on a previous user if it is determined that the user is changed.
Abstract:
A patterned nonreciprocal optical resonator structure is provided that includes a resonator structure that receives an optical signal. A top cladding layer is deposited on a selective portion of the resonator structure. The top cladding layer is patterned so as to expose the core of the resonator structure defined by the selective portion. A magneto-optically active layer includes a magneto-optical medium being deposited on the exposed core of the resonator structure so as to generate optical non-reciprocity.
Abstract:
The present invention allows a man to recognize a location of a sound source in a three-dimensional space using two ears and applies a method of separating a sound source in a certain orientation to improve the performance of an application technology using a speech in a noisy environment. The present invention acquires a speech signal using two sensors and determines an orientation angle of a sound source in a zero-crossing point step with respect to a frequency separated signal with a band pass filter bank. An object of the present invention is to obtain excellent sound source orientation detection and division performance which is difficult to be obtained in an existing crossing correlation method calculated in units of time frames in a noisy environment with a plurality of sound sources.
Abstract:
A Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) module for preventing a hot spot that deteriorates an external appearance quality using existing components is provided. The LCD module includes an optical sheet disposed at an upper surface of a light guide plate, a Light Emitting Diode Flexible Printed Circuit Board (LED FPCB) on which an LED for emitting light to the light guide plate is mounted, and a double-sided tape having a portion protruding toward the optical sheet further than the LED FPCB and adhered to a mounting surface of the LED FPCB. Therefore, occurrence of a hot spot can be reduced without increasing components. Further, because a thickness increase of a local portion is unnecessary, a second failure such as panel lifting is not caused.
