The cordless telephone set comprises apparatus for storing a specified number of channels selected by the telephone apparatus and storing historical channel use data. Whether or not a channel is unused is determined and channels used with high frequency with the data stored in the first storage are changed to those used with low frequency according to the historical use data. Channels that are stored are progressively specified prior to a start of call and a specified channel is selected, if it is determined that the channel is an unused one.

    摘要: A thin-film temperature sensor with a robust bridge structure and a stable electric characteristic, as well as a method of manufacture thereof, is provided. Over the substrate 1 with the cavity 13 are formed electrode layers 6 in a bridge shape, whose electrodes 6A, 6B are bonded with thermal sensitive resistor films 7, 8, which are then covered with a protective insulating film 9, a buffer film 10 and a glass layer 11 in that order. The protective insulating film 9 and the glass layer 11 extend over the substrate 1 to increase the mechanical strength of the infrared sensitive element A. The sandwich structure of the insulating films 5, 9 holding the thermal sensitive resistor films 7, 8 in between and the use of the buffer film 10 combine to prevent electrical characteristic variations, which would otherwise be caused by changes in composition of the thermal sensitive resistor films 7, 8 during the heat treatment process. The glass layer 11 is formed of borosilicate glass to improve its infrared absorption characteristic.

    摘要: A projector lens of a vehicular headlamp has a shape of a convex lens in which the upper and lower portions are cut by a predetermined amount. A light source is disposed above optical axis Ax of the projector lens while a light emission surface is inclined downwardly. A first reflecting mirror has an elliptical reflective surface, and is adjusted in size such that almost all the light reflected from the reflective surface is incident on the projector lens. A shield plate is disposed in the vicinity of the focus of the first reflecting mirror to form a horizontal cutoff line. A second reflecting mirror is disposed to reflect light that is not incident on the first reflecting mirror. The third reflecting mirror is disposed above the upper end of the shield plate at a position that does not interfere with the light reflected from the first reflecting mirror.

    摘要: In a vehicle ceiling structure, a long reinforcing rib is attached to a ceiling member of the vehicle, the rib being made of a resin having a different coefficient of thermal expansion from that of the ceiling member. The reinforcing rib comprises a plurality of segmented ribs that are divided by a gap in a longitudinal direction. One segmented rib of adjoining segmented ribs and is formed, in upper and lower parts of a front end portion thereof, with an upper protrusion and a lower protrusion protruding in the longitudinal direction. One segmented rib and the other segmented rib fit with each other such that a lower face of the upper protrusion and an upper face of the lower protrusion of the one segmented rib respectively face a rear end portion of the other segmented rib in an up and down direction.
