Abstract:
Provided is a blasting system including a first detonator and a second detonator and a user terminal. The user terminal performs wireless communications with the first detonator and wired communications with the second detonator. Each of the first detonator and the second detonator includes an electric detonator storing detonator information, in which the electric detonator ignites an explosive in response to a blasting command, a connector connecting the electric detonator to the user terminal via a wireless or wired communication means, and a wiring portion connecting the electric detonator and the connector.
Abstract:
A communication system includes a transmitter and a receiver connected through a cable. The transmitter transmits a first signal to the receiver using a voltage applied to the cable. A control circuit of the receiver receives the first signal and transmitting a second signal to the transmitter using a current flowing to the cable. A charging circuit of the receiver performs a charging operation by receiving the voltage through the cable and supplying a driving voltage to the control circuit. The control circuit includes a filter generating a second voltage by extracting a voltage within a reference range from a peak voltage of a first voltage and a voltage meter extracting the first signal by measuring the second voltage.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a trunkline delay detonator and a blast-triggering device using the same. In the blast-triggering device, a trunkline delay detonator is inserted into a connector in such a manner that a plurality of shock tubes connected to a detonator for initiating an explosive are interposed between the connector and the trunkline delay detonator, so that an explosion signal is applied to the shock tubes by detonation of the trunkline delay detonator. In the blasting detonator, close contact between the outer surface of the trunkline delay detonator and the shock tubes is improved, whereby energy lost in an explosion is reduced and an explosion signal is stably and uniformly applied to the shock tubes by using powder which has a weak explosive power and is relatively insensitive compared to conventional powders.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a flow force compensating spool valve having a flow force compensating protrusion ring at a supply channel of a sleeve on an outer circumference portion of a spool rod, and a hydraulic valve, a pneumatic valve, a three-way valve, and a four-way valve using the spool valve, in which the flow force can be compensated by a simple structure change of the spool without changing a structure of the sleeve.
