摘要: Two degrees of freedom of rotation and pitching of the neck of a patient are simulated by arranging a neck motion simulation module, and the simulation of individualized cervical vertebra motion changes and states can be achieved in a mechanical manner by providing a cervical vertebra pre-traction and lifting-pulling simulation module. Due to the individualized difference and the difference of symptoms, the force for the human cervical vertebra in the pre-traction and lifting-pulling processes also has the individualized difference. The mechanical characteristics of the individualized human cervical vertebra can be simulated under the lifting-rotating manipulation of a student by providing a lifting-pulling damping mechanism and a pre-traction damping mechanism. In accordance with the present disclosure, a practice, training and examination platform is provided for beginners of the rotation-traction manipulation, a practice platform and technical support are provided for rapidly developing qualified rotation-traction manipulation operators with high quality.

摘要: A method, apparatus, and system according to which a patient simulator includes one or more of the following: a left eye assembly including a simulated left pupil, a simulated left eyelid, and/or a simulated left iris; a right eye assembly including a simulated right pupil, a simulated right eyelid, and/or a simulated right iris; a neck assembly including a simulated neck; a left brow assembly including a simulated left brow; a right brow assembly including a simulated right brow; a tear duct assembly including simulated left and right cheeks through which artificial pores are formed; and a mouth assembly including a simulated mouth. In various embodiments, any one, or a combination, of these assemblies may be, include, or be part of, a manikin in the form of a human face, and may therefore be activated simultaneously to realistically simulate life-like human emotional states.

摘要: A heart compression system and method configured to supplement and/or replace cardiac contractility to mimic in vivo conditions is provided. In an embodiment, the system comprises a sealed primary chamber configured to house a cadaveric heart. Pressure within the primary chamber is selectively adjusted to cause compression of the heart while avoiding direct, mechanical contact. In an embodiment, a heart is placed within a pressurization medium within the primary chamber, and compression of the heart is achieved by selectively increasing and decreasing pressure within the primary chamber. In an embodiment, the system includes a series of sealed entry ports into the primary chamber accommodating insertion of conduits for sealed connection to the vessels and/or chambers of the heart and to a fluid reservoir external of the primary chamber. In an embodiment, the fluid reservoir contains a perfusion fluid for perfusing the heart.

摘要: A dummy device includes a torso element which simulates a torso of a human; a respiration simulation element which at least partially covers the torso element, and which is movably arranged with respect to the torso element; and a drive element which is adapted to sequentially move the respiration simulation element away from the torso element and towards the torso element with a respiratory frequency, to simulate a motion characteristic of a human respiration. Embodiments of the invention further relate to a method for operating a dummy device.

摘要: A CPR training manikin is provided. The manikin can have a size and shape of the torso area of a human, including a head and a chest area. The head and chest area can be operatively configured to generally mimic a human head, chest, respiratory and cardiopulmonary morphology. Internal to the manikin a chest compression plate is joined to a main compression spring and compressed when chest compressions are applied to the torso area. Electrical circuits can measure, record, and/or report depth of chest compression as well as proper hand placement during chest compression.
