摘要: A method for concentrating rubber emulsion and a product prepared by the method are provided, the method includes: a concentrated latex is obtained by separating a superabsorbent resin added in advance into a rubber emulsion with a solid content of 0.01-70% after stirring and concentrating the resin-added rubber emulsion. The method requires simple equipment and consumes less energy, and the prepared polymer emulsion has a solid content up to 76%; the superabsorbent resin adopted herein is reusable after drying, which therefore effectively reduces the production cost; natural latex concentrated by the method has rather high yields of dry rubber and little wastewater production; products prepared from the concentrated natural latex have excellent mechanical property, aging resistance and adhesive property; and concentrating natural latex according to this method does not require advance agglomeration, which reduces the production procedures and improves the production efficiency significantly.

摘要: The preparation of a high solids, low viscosity rubber latex by blending a fast reaction latex of small particles with a slow reaction latex of large particles, before concentration, and preferably before stripping for removal of unreacted monomers, stripping and concentrating the blend to about 50 percent solids, freezing the concentrate after acidifying to a pH of about 8.3, and then thawing and concentrating the frozen blend to a solids content above 60 percent.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for processing dandelion plant components, particularly dandelion plant components of the Taraxacum kok-saghyz variety, in which, according to the method, rubber is obtained as a first valuable product, said method being characterised by the following steps: A) grinding and/or squeezing the dandelion plant components, preferably while adding water to form a pulp; and B) first separation of the pulp into at least one phase 80 which is high in inulin and low in rubber and at least one phase 90 which is high in rubber and low in inulin, the phase 90 which is high in rubber and low in inulin forming the first valuable product or the first valuable product being obtained from the phase which is high in rubber and low in inulin.

摘要: A method for producing a polymer latex, including an emulsification step of emulsifying a polymer solution obtained by dissolution of synthetic polyisoprene and/or a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer having a molecular weight distribution of 1.0 to 2.6 in an organic solvent, in water in the presence of a surfactant, to thereby obtain an emulsified liquid, wherein as the synthetic polyisoprene and/or styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, used are/is synthetic polyisoprene and/or a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer which, when dissolved in an organic solvent to thereby be formed into a polymer solution having a viscosity at a temperature of 60° C. of 20,000 cps, have/has a solid content concentration in the range of 10 to 60% by weight.

摘要: An aqueous elastomer dispersion includes a dispersed phase and an aqueous phase. The dispersed phase includes an elastomer including curable aliphatic conjugated-diene elastomers, such as polyisoprene, and a minor amount of at least one additive. The aqueous phase includes water and other optional components in either a soluble state or a dispersion state. The aqueous elastomer dispersion may be prepared by dissolving an elastomer, such as rubber, and additives in a solvent mixture and then converting the resulting solution into an aqueous emulsion. The aqueous emulsion is concentrated and the solvent is stripped from it to yield a dilute latex. The dilute latex that is obtained is concentrated again. Articles made from the aqueous elastomer dispersion include medical gloves, condoms, probe covers, dental dams, finger cots, catheters and the like.
