    Abstract: Disclosed are a transmission configuration method and apparatus, and a terminal, which belong to the field of communications. The transmission configuration method comprises: a first terminal executing a first operation, wherein the first operation comprises one of the following: configuring a configuration parameter of a target resource in a first mechanism of the first terminal, such that the target resource in the first mechanism of the first terminal is at least partially overlapped with an active time of a second mechanism of a second terminal; selecting, within a first time, a resource for transmission; and configuring a configuration parameter of a second mechanism of the first terminal, such that an active time of the second mechanism of the first terminal is at least partially overlapped with a target resource in a first mechanism of a third terminal.
