Abstract: A method for processing an image using an electronic device is provided. The method includes displaying at least one first object and a first image associated with the at least one first object at a first position on a display unit connected to the electronic device, the at least one first object including information representing a direction of the electronic device, displaying at least one second object and a second image associated with the at least one second object at a second position on the display unit, and capturing at least a portion of the second image when the at least one first object is located within a distance from the at least one second object.
