Abstract: A display device having an improved reliability includes a substrate including a display area in which a display element is arranged, a first conductive layer extending in a first direction on a plane, located in the display area, and including a protrusion protruding in a second direction crossing the first direction, a first insulating layer on the first conductive layer, a second conductive layer extending in the first direction on a plane, located on the first insulating layer, and defining a groove overlapping the protrusion of the first conductive layer, a second insulating layer on the second conductive layer, and a third conductive layer extending in the second direction on a plane, located on the second insulating layer, and overlapping the protrusion of the first conductive layer.
