Abstract: Provided are a display device and a method of manufacturing the same. The display device comprises a substrate including an opening area and a display area surrounding the opening area, a plurality of light-emitting diodes arranged in the display area, and a plurality of grooves located in an intermediate area interposed between the opening area and the display area, wherein the plurality of grooves are defined in a multilayered film including a first organic insulating layer, a metal pattern layer disposed on the first organic insulating layer, and a second organic insulating layer disposed on the metal pattern layer, and the second organic insulating layer covers a top surface and a side surface of the metal pattern layer and includes a material having an etch selectivity different from an etch selectivity of the first organic insulating layer.

Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display area and a peripheral area, a light-emitting diode including a sub-pixel electrode, a first data line in the display area and extending in a first direction, an input line in the peripheral area, and a connection wire in the display area and transmitting a data signal input to the first data line. The connection wire includes a first connection line extending in the first direction and a second connection line extending in a second direction, the first connection line overlaps the sub-pixel electrode with an insulating layer interposed between the sub-pixel electrode and the first connection line, the insulating layer includes a first insulating layer and a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer, dielectric constants of the first and second insulating layers are different, and one of the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer includes BCB.
