Abstract: An electrode may include a substrate, an adhesive layer, a first layer and a second layer. The first layer may include Ag, Cu, Ru or a combination thereof. The second layer may include Au. The second layer may have a thickness of not grater than about 25 nm. The adhesive layer may be disposed between the substrate and the first layer. The first layer may be disposed between the adhesive layer and the second layer.
