Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure relates to providing at least one multimedia service to at least one legacy device [120]. Embodiments may encompasses a method comprising steps of, establishing a connection between at least one user equipment [110A, 110B, 110C] and the at least one legacy device [120] via an IP multimedia sub-system [150]; receiving at least one parameter of the at least one legacy device [120] at the IP multimedia sub-system [150]; authenticating at least one user equipment [110A, 110B, 110C] by the IP multimedia sub-system [150]; registering the at least one user equipment and the at least one legacy device [120] at the IP multimedia sub-system [150]; updating of the legacy device [120] with an information pertaining to the registration of the at least one user equipment [110A, 110B, 110C]; and providing at least one multimedia service to the at least one legacy device [120] via the IP multimedia sub-system [150].
