Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for providing battery protection. One example technique for providing battery protection generally includes monitoring a voltage of a battery node during an off mode of a device having a battery coupled to the battery node, determining that the voltage of the battery node is below a first threshold voltage, and disconnecting a path between the battery node and a power supply node of the device in response to the determination.
