    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system are disclosed for providing modified orbital assistance data to a mobile station to determine its location using global navigation satellite system (GNSS). The modified orbital assistance data may include predicted orbital information for the GNSS satellites combined with antenna phase center offset data for one or more GNSS satellites. The antenna phase center offset data may indicate an offset distance from the center of mass of the GNSS satellite to a position on an antenna of the respective GNSS satellite. The modified orbital assistance data may be in an earth-centered earth-fixed (ECEF) frame of reference and the antenna phase center offset data may be in a body-centered frame of reference.

    Abstract: Described are methods, systems, and devices for correcting ionospheric error. In some aspects, a mobile device equipped with a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver is configured to determine a positioning measurement of a GNSS signal. The mobile device is further configured to receive augmentation data from an augmentation system. When augmentation data for a current measurement period is unavailable, the mobile device can obtain augmentation data associated with Total Electron Content (TEC) values (e.g., vertical TEC values) during one or more prior measurement periods. Based on the augmentation data associated with TEC values during one or more prior measurement periods and a pierce point of the received GNSS signal, an ionospheric error in the positioning measurement of the GNSS signal can be determined and corrected.

    Abstract: Techniques are provided for utilizing a mobile device to estimate ionospheric delays in GNSS transmissions. An example method of determining a position of a mobile device includes obtaining a pseudorange measurements and carrier-phase measurements for a satellite at a first frequency band and a second frequency band, determining a bias estimate for the satellite based on a plurality of pseudorange measurements and carrier-phase measurements, determining a delta carrier-phase measurement for the satellite based on the carrier-phase measurements at the first frequency band and the second frequency band, and determining the position of the mobile device based at least in part on the delta carrier-phase measurement, and the pseudorange measurements, the carrier-phase measurements, or both.
