Abstract: There is provided a method in a network element of a wireless communication network, the method comprising: receiving a service request from a service provider; initiating determination of a transmission scheme for the service request; obtaining multicast capability information on a plurality of terminal devices and network nodes; obtaining distribution information on the plurality of terminal devices; obtaining traffic load information on the network nodes; based on the multicast capability information, the distribution information, and the traffic load information, determining the transmission scheme for the service request, the transmission scheme including at least one unicast transmission and at least one multicast transmission; and indicating one or more unicast transmitting entities about the at least one unicast transmissions and indicating one or more multicast transmitting entities about the at least one multicast transmissions.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatuses and computer program for content pushing service in a wireless mobile communication system. In one embodiment, the method comprises receiving a proactive pushing service request from an internet content provider; determining, for the proactive pushing service request, a proactive pushing strategy based on auxiliary information predetermined for network optimization processing; and sending, to at least one network element in the wireless mobile communication system, a command for the proactive pushing service so that at least a part of internet contents designated by the proactive pushing service request are proactively pushed to one or more users based on the determined proactive pushing strategy.
