Abstract: Apparatus, methods, systems, and computer program products for flexible frame structure in control information delivery are provided. An exemplary embodiment provides an apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one memory including computer program code, the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to receive, at a first device, a sub-frame comprising at least one symbol transmitted over a network from a network node, wherein the at least one symbol comprising control information to the first device, and transmit, from the first device, scheduled data towards the network node based on the control information.

Abstract: When a network node providing wireless access and serving plurality of user devices receives information on channel conditions from one or more user devices, the network node determines available resources for traffic to and from the one or more user devices; and, when there is higher priority traffic, the network node uses reliability increasing resource allocation for the higher priority traffic at least as long as there are enough resources available.
