摘要: In the rotary electric machine, a cylinder 04a of a ring component 04 is formed in such a way that a fitting outer surface 04c1 of the cylinder 04a of the ring component 04 is fitted to a fitting inner surface 02a of a first housing 02; a clearance value between the fitting outer surface of the cylinder and a fitting inner surface of the first housing is lower than a clearance value between an outer surface, in which the fitting outer surface is excepted, of the cylinder and an inner surface, in which the fitting inner surface is excepted, of the first housing; and a position in a diameter direction of a stator core 3 facing to the first housing is set by above-described fitting process.

摘要: In a rotary electric machine, a cylindrical stator core holding frame is cantilevered on a housing. A cylindrical stator core is fitted together and held inside the stator core holding frame. The stator core holding frame includes: a flange portion that is fixed to the housing; and a frame cylindrical portion that is coupled to the flange portion, and that holds the stator core. A thickness of the flange portion is greater than a thickness of the frame cylindrical portion.

摘要: In order to efficiently cool a stator and rotor of a rotating electrical machine, cooling oil is supplied by a pump in a pressurized state to a first reservoir portion provided in an upper portion inside a housing, and after the cooling oil is ejected from the first reservoir portion, the cooling oil is guided to a stator coil end cooling structure, and to a rotor bearing and rotor core cooling structure, using the weight of the cooling oil itself.

摘要: An electric rotating machine that can raise the utilization efficiency of cooling oil is obtained. In an rotation axle, there are provided an oil flow path having a predetermined length from an end of the rotation axle and a flow path hole that communicates with the oil flow path and has an opening toward the inside of the electric rotating machine; a supporting member includes a cylinder section and a disk section that partitions the cylinder section in the axis direction, and a discharging hole is provided at an end of the cylinder section; between the flow path hole and the discharging hole, there is provided a partition plate that encloses a space formed by the supporting member and the rotation axle and guides cooling oil traveling from the flow path hole to the inside of the electric rotating machine to the discharging hole.

摘要: Provided is an electric motor capable of cooling a stator without being increased in size with a small number of components and even with simple work. The electric motor includes ring-shaped sealing members (34) having flexibility and being arranged on an inner diameter side of a stator coil (22) so as to surround inner diameter portions of coil ends. Cooling oil flowing from an upper part of a housing into the housing flows downward through coil end oil paths (37, 38) formed by the sealing members (34), coil end covers (32, 33), and the coil ends.

摘要: An insulator includes: a trunk portion that is interposed between a tooth and a stator coil; and a first flange portion that is disposed on the trunk portion so as to be adjacent to the stator coil in a radial direction of a stator core. A notch portion is disposed on a flange protruding portion of the first flange portion that protrudes from the stator core in the axial direction of the stator core from an outer circumferential portion of the flange protruding portion toward the trunk portion. A holder that has a holder main body that is disposed on the notch portion is mounted onto the flange protruding portion. A temperature sensor is held between the holder main body and the stator coil.
