    Abstract: The present invention relates to a three-dimensional intraoral scanner specifically comprising: a case which can be inserted into and withdrawn from the oral cavity, and has an opening portion which is open to allow the form of the inside of the oral cavity (hereinafter, referred to as an ‘image’) to be incident into the case in the form of light via an end portion thereof; at least one camera which is arranged inside the case to transmit the light incident via the opening portion of the case; a light projector which is arranged on one side of the at least one camera and emits light into the oral cavity via the opening portion; and a single polarized filter which positioned between the at least one camera and the opening portion at a position spaced a set distance (d) from the front end of the at least one camera. Thus, the present invention provides the advantages of making it possible to manufacture a product having a slim size and improve the reliability with which an object to be measured can be measured.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a structured light projection optical system for obtaining 3D data of an object surface, which includes a structured light projection optical part configured to project a plurality of patterns onto an object or a screen, and an imaging optical part configured to obtain 3D data by photographing the patterns being projected from the structured light projection optical part, wherein the structured light projection optical part includes a plurality of light sources, and a plurality of pattern masks, wherein as the plurality of light sources are turned on and off, the pattern mask matches any one of the plurality of light sources illuminating a light, and the plurality of patterns are projected on the object or the screen by the pattern mask. Accordingly, various patterns can be effectively projected, real-time measurement can be easily performed through a quick pattern change, and the accurate 3D data can be obtained.

    Abstract: An image filtering method according to the present disclosure comprises: acquiring a two-dimensional image through a scanner, and acquiring color information of at least part of data of the two-dimensional image, and then determining whether the acquired color information is included in a reference color range. When the acquired color information is included in the reference color range, image data remaining after deleting corresponding data from the two-dimensional image is converted into three-dimensional volume data. Meanwhile, when the reference color range is determined, a reference color may be pre-configured data or may be predetermined by a user, or learning for defining a reference color range may be performed through image data acquired by repetitively inputting reference images. By using the image filtering method, a three-dimensional scanner user can minimize post-correction work after scanning and acquire a precise data result value for an interior of the oral cavity, whereby data reliability is enhanced.
