Abstract: Disclosed is a processor configured to provide a first control signal for blocking interworking between a steering wheel and a vehicle wheel upon receiving autonomous driving mode information, and to provide a second control signal for interworking between the steering wheel and the vehicle wheel upon determining whether a reliability of the autonomous driving mode is equal to or less than a reference value.
