Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for a physical unclonable function having unique characteristics, and the device for a physical unclonable function according to the present invention includes a nano-pattern corresponding to a self-assembled structure. As the device for a physical unclonable function according to the present invention has a PUF pattern based on a self-assembled structure formed by spontaneous phase separation behavior of a block copolymer having non-deterministic characteristics, the device for a physical unclonable function may have unclonable unique characteristics.
