Abstract: A heat dissipation controller is connected to a sensor and a water pump such that the controller correspondingly adjusts the water pump according to the current pressure difference and a preset pressure difference, to control a flow capacity of coolant flowing into a branch water pipe, until an absolute value of a difference between the current pressure difference and the preset pressure difference is less than or equal to a preset error amount. The controller can adjust the flow capacity of the coolant flowing into the branch water pipe to effectively ensure that flow capacities of coolant in all branch water pipes are distributed evenly, and to effectively improve stability of the heat dissipation apparatus.

Abstract: A negative pressure liquid cooling system and a method for controlling a negative pressure liquid cooling system are provided, and the negative pressure liquid cooling system separately controls pressures at an inlet and an outlet of a cold plate, so that the pressures at the inlet and the outlet of the cold plate remain negative. In this way, when a pipeline between the inlet and the outlet of the cold plate is perforated, a pressure at the outlet of the cold plate can be separately controlled to remain negative, so that a coolant is suppressed in the pipeline, and a coolant leakage phenomenon is avoided. Therefore, damage or a security threat to a to-be-cooled electronic device that is caused by leakage of a conductive operating medium such as water is avoided.

Abstract: This application provides a liquid cooling heat dissipation system, which includes a control unit, a heat source box, and a heat dissipation unit. A temperature sensing unit is installed in the heat source box, and the temperature sensing unit and the control unit are connected for signal transmission. The heat dissipation unit includes an inlet and an outlet. Coolant flows into the heat dissipation unit through the inlet and flows out of the heat dissipation unit through the outlet. A flow regulating valve is disposed on a pipe at the inlet, and the flow regulating valve and the control unit are connected for signal transmission. The control unit obtains temperature information by using the temperature sensing unit, and determines lowest temperature T1 and highest temperature T2 based on the temperature information. The control unit is configured to control an opening degree of the flow regulating valve.
