Abstract: The present disclosure relates to signal sending methods and apparatuses. In one example method, after obtaining, at a first moment, first configuration information that includes information about a first orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) cyclic suffix length, a terminal obtains the first OFDM cyclic suffix length from the first configuration information, and communicates with a network device at a second moment after the first moment by using the first OFDM cyclic suffix length.

Abstract: User equipment and a cell handover method are provided. The method includes: sending measured signal quality information and channel rank feedback information that are of a source cell and of a neighboring cell to the source cell, where the signal quality information and the channel rank feedback information are used for determining, in the source cell, to send a handover message to the user equipment; after the handover message is received, connecting to the target cell by using at least one second antenna; and disconnecting from the source cell, and disabling at least one first antenna. Corresponding user equipment is further disclosed.

Abstract: A data broadcast method includes obtaining, by a satellite base station, a plurality of pieces of data that are to be broadcast. The plurality of pieces of data are a same type of data including compensation values of Doppler frequency shifts, change rates of Doppler frequency shifts, transmission delays, change rates of transmission delays, timing advances TAs, change rates of TAs, or angles of a plurality of beams that respectively correspond to a plurality of beams generated by the satellite base station. The satellite base station determines reference data and a difference between each piece of data in the plurality of pieces of data and the reference data. The satellite base station sends first indication information and a plurality of pieces of second indication information to a terminal device. The first indication information indicates the reference data.
