The rotor body is provided with an outer magnetic steel slot; an inner magnetic steel slot; a first bent slot, a first end of the first bent slot being in communication with the outer magnetic steel slot, and a second end of the first bent slot extending towards an outer edge of the rotor body and spreading gradually away from a direct axis of the rotor body; and a third bent slot, a first end of the third bent slot being in communication with the inner magnetic steel slot and being arranged to be adjacent to the first bent slot, and a second end of the third bent slot extending towards the outer edge of the rotor body and spreading gradually away from a straight axis.

摘要: A rotor structure, a permanent magnet auxiliary synchronous reluctance motor and an electric vehicle are provided. The rotor structure includes a rotor body. A permanent magnet groove group is provided on the rotor body, the permanent magnet groove group includes an outer layer permanent magnet groove and an inner layer permanent magnet groove, and a magnetic conduction channel is formed between the outer permanent magnet groove and the inner layer permanent magnet groove which are adjacent. A deflection segment is formed on at least one end of the magnetic conduction channel, and a distance from the deflection segment to a quadrature-axis of the rotor body is decreased gradually outward in a radial direction, so that an end of the magnetic conduction channel is disposed near the quadrature-axis.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a rotor structure, a permanent magnet auxiliary synchronous reluctance motor and an electric vehicle. A rotor structure includes a rotor body. The rotor body has magnetic steel slot groups. Each of the magnetic steel slot groups includes an outer layer magnetic steel slot including: a first outer layer magnetic steel slot segment, a second outer layer magnetic steel slot segment, a first bent slot, and a second bent slot. The first outer layer magnetic steel slot segment and the second outer layer magnetic steel slot segment are arranged along a radial direction of the rotor body and are opposite to each other. Extended lines of a length directional geometric centerline of the first outer layer magnetic steel slot segment and a length directional geometric centerline of the second outer layer magnetic steel slot segment define a first angle.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a motor stator, a motor and a bus. The motor stator includes a stator tooth. The stator tooth includes a tooth root and a tooth crest. The tooth crest is provided on the tooth root. The tooth crest includes a first tooth crest part and a second tooth crest part. The first tooth crest part and the second tooth crest part are provided on two sides of the tooth root along the circumference of the motor stator, respectively, and a tooth crest air gap is formed between the first tooth crest part and the second tooth crest part. According to the present disclosure, the motor stator is adapt to reduce magnetic flux leakage, and enhance the utilization rate of a permanent magnet and output torque.
