Abstract: Disclosed are a method, apparatus and system for adjusting the volume of a head-mounted display device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method includes: picking up a sound signal at an ear entrance position of a user; acquiring an environment sound signal from the sound signal according to the sound signal and a currently played audio signal; determining an output volume target value of a head-mounted display device according to the environment sound signal; and adjusting the volume of the head-mounted display device according to the output volume target value.
