Abstract: Provided are a system and method for multi-mode integrated management for a multi-radio communication environment. The system includes a receiver configured to receive radio channel state information, a memory in which a program for operating an access point division in consideration of the radio channel state information is stored, and a processor configured to execute the program, wherein the processor manages an interface between a cellular base station and a radio access control device.
