    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a device for fast forwarding a flow traffic in an information-centric networking (ICN). According to the present invention, a flow switching method for a network node of an information-centric networking (ICN) includes: identifying a data name contained in a received interest packet and identifying a flow name from the data name, thereby determining whether a flow entry corresponding to the identified flow name is present within a flow table (FT); identifying forwarding information base (FIB) entry information matched to the flow name from the corresponding flow entry and identifying an FIB entry corresponding to the FIB entry information; and transmitting the interest packet on the basis of interface information included in the identified FIB entry.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein a method for configuration of semi-managed DHT based on NDN and system therefor. The method includes: managing and sharing manager nodes based on global information; generating a sub-range segment by partitioning a keyspace area, according to each group of the data peer nodes; managing the sub-range segment by distributing the sub-range segment corresponding to each group to data peer nodes of the each group; checking and analyzing liveness of the data peer node in the each group; estimating availability of the data peer nodes by predicting lifetime of data peer nodes through the checking and analyzing of liveliness; performing risk factor prediction that estimates data availability and sub-range management overhead; and performing a sub-range management decision at each of the manager nodes based on a result of the risk factor prediction, and performing a global stabilization decision required for global system stabilization.

    Abstract: Provided herein a network virtualization apparatus and method, the apparatus including a tunnel manager configured to collect tunnel end points information within a network, and to connect each tunnel end point with a tunnel based on the tunnel end point information collected; a tunnel packet end point configured to receive a tunnel packet and process the packet such that an L2 switching may be performed, and to transmit the packet to a domain VSI (virtual switching instance); the domain VSI configured to perform the L2 switching on the processed packet, and to transmit the packet to a tunnel packet generator; and the tunnel packet generator configured to add a tunnel header to the packet for which the L2 switching has been performed to generate a new tunnel packet, and to transmit the new tunnel packet.
