Abstract: Disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a video generation method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. Grayscale processing is performed on a to-be-processed video, to obtain a grayscale video; region segmentation is performed on video frames in the grayscale video, to obtain a plurality of image regions; a coloring order is determined for the plurality of image regions; and coloring is performed sequentially on the plurality of image regions according to the coloring order, to obtain a target video.
