摘要： An automatic molding apparatus for producing ring-shaped doughnuts with one or more kinds of filling contained therein in annular form, wherein uncooked dough and filling are separately stored in coaxially arranged hoppers, each of which has an inlet opened at the upper end to allow the raw material to be easily charged at a desired time under atmospheric pressure without stopping the apparatus; the dough is squeezed out at predetermined intervals from an annular opening defined between two cylindrical outlet pipes; the filling such as cream or jam is drawn out, also at predetermined intervals, from an annular opening positioned within the hole of the preliminarily formed dough so as to be completely wrapped in the dough; the mixed mass being taken out of the apparatus to be subjected to frying or other means of cooking in the succeeding process.
