摘要： A handstand pushup device has a central body portion that includes a padded cushion, and two handplates, positioned laterally on opposite sides of the central body portion. Each of the handplates has a flat upper surface that is slip resistant. Two elongate blocks are also provided, each of the elongate blocks having a bottom surface and an inner surface. The bottom surface interlocks with the one of the handplates for removably mounting the elongate block on the handplate. The inner surface of the elongate blocks limits the placement of a user's hands while performing handstand pushups using the device, so that the user's hands are not placed too far apart when performing the handstand pushups.
