摘要: A cabinet quick release structure includes an upper sliding rail assembly, a bracket having front and rear positioning blocks, a tray, left and right latch devices and a lower sliding rail assembly arranged so that when dismounting a wooden cabinet from a cabinet housing, a user pulls a latch block of the front positioning block, and then pushes an inner sliding rail of the upper sliding rail assembly backward to move front and rear positioning rods of an inner sliding rail respectively out the front and rear positioning blocks, and then disengages the left and right latch devices from a bottom locating frame of the lower sliding rail assembly. When mounting the wooden cabinet, the front positioning rod of the inner sliding rail is locked by the latch block while the rear positioning rod is located in the rear positioning block and the latch devices engage the bottom locating frame.

摘要: A convenient two-step inner sliding rail mounting structure is provided for a server sliding rail assembly in which a front bracket at a front end of an outer rail is connected to a front end of a front bracket auxiliary sliding rail that has an opposing rear end slidably inserted into an outer rail reinforcement rail. The rear end of the front bracket auxiliary sliding rail is connected to a spring plate that is connected with an outer rail pull-out control member having a stopper portion and a press portion that allows a user to release the stopper portion from the outer rail reinforcement rail so that the outer rail reinforcement rail can be pulled out of the front bracket auxiliary sliding rail to permit the insertion of the inner sliding rail into the outer rail.

摘要: A server cable management structure includes a first arm member and a second arm member respectively pivotally coupled to the outer and inner sliding rails of a sliding rail assembly which is connected to a drawer of a server. An intermediate arm member is pivotally coupled between the first and second arm members, and a sliding bar is slidably coupled to the first arm member, with at least one spring member connected between the first arm member and the sliding bar, and a connection frame connected to the sliding bar and pivotally connected to the outer sliding rail. The inner sliding rail is movable outward a first distance when the first arm member is fully extended outward relative to the second arm member, and outward a further distance while stretching the at least one spring member when the sliding bar is fully extended outward relative to the first arm member.

When inserting the sliding rail with an affixed server into the ball bushing to a certain distance to release stop edges of upright guide walls of a retaining flange of the release hook from the stop walls of the ball bushing subject to the effect of the release control member, the ball bushing is moved with the sliding rail backwardly relative to the carrier rail, preventing falling of the server with the sliding rail out of the carrier rail and avoiding impact between the sliding rail and the ball bushing.

摘要: An inner slide rail mounting structure for a two-stage server slide rail includes an outer rail, a front bracket, a rear bracket, an outer rail reinforcement bar and an inner rail. The front bracket is affixed to a front end of a front bracket supplementary rail that is slidably inserted into the outer rail reinforcement bar. The rear end of the front bracket supplementary rail is connected with a spring plate that has one end thereof connected to the outer rail reinforcement bar through a tension spring and an opposite end thereof fixedly connected with an outer rail ejection control plate that has an abutment portion abutted against the outer rail reinforcement bar and a press portion extended from the abutment portion for pressing by the user to release the abutment portion from the outer rail reinforcement bar.
