Abstract:
A business profit and resource optimization system that calculates an employee evaluation, comprising an input component that is utilized to input assessment data related to characteristics for a currently assessed employee, utilizing the assessment data from a plurality of evaluators, an idea component that analyzes ideas of the currently assessed employee in terms of idea success year over year and a display component that interacts with the input component and allows viewing of an employees evaluation.
Abstract:
A golf tee system comprising an insertion tool a thin-walled, hollow, thin-walled golf tee for holding a golf ball at a given height. When the structural insertion tool is non-fixedly inserted into the thinned walled tee to become a rigid golf tee system and resist collapsing and allowing insertion of the hollow golf tee into the ground surface. Once the golf tee system is inserted into the ground surface to a desired depth, the structural insertion tool is removed from the hollow golf tee, creating a hollow tee device can be used as a golf ball tee which shatterable, thereby creating a more stable trajectory and increased distance. In addition, the hollow tee is more environmentally friendly than other tees.
Abstract:
A system and method of utilizing a food cutting guide that has a base having a circular first and circular second planar surface. The guide has a plurality of grooves formed in at least one of the planar surfaces and at least one centering guide formed on the at least one of the planar surfaces to facilitate cutting equal size slices and/or sections of food.
Abstract:
A portable liquid dispenser includes a blow molded housing defining a cavity within the entire interior thereof. A centralized walled aperture is provided to receive an appropriate dispensing pump, the pump being configured to extend outwardly in a usable position and to lock in an inwardly position where the dispensing nozzle of the pump does not extend beyond the sidewalls of the dispenser itself. A fill and relief valve is provided to accommodate rapid filling of the dispenser during a manufacturing process, and to accommodate breathing of the container during the dispensing operation such that the unvented pump does not result in any distortion of the dispenser as the liquid therein is depleted.
Abstract:
A golf tee system comprising a card stock having a thickness, a width, a length with bend lines and break lines formed on the card stock, a tee element formed within the card stock, wherein the card stock is approximately flat and configured to allow at least one tee element to be removed from the card stock and assembled into a structural tee device for holding a golf ball, a top portion, a bottom portion, a body portion connected to and extending upward from the bottom portion, having a first side wall and a second side wall, wherein the first side wall and a second side wall when folded toward each other at least partially bound and define an inner cavity within the body portion, wherein a folded upper crown of the top portion defines a ball receipt surface configured to receive and hold the golf ball off of a ground surface and wherein the reconfigurable golf tee is detached from scored card stock.
Abstract:
A business method of increasing fan attendance and sporting event revenues, the method comprising capturing in digital or analogue form a fan notable act, awarding points for the fan notable acts based upon specified factors, acknowledging the fan notable act with team or association recognition and/or prize(s), keeping statistics on the fan notable acts, and displaying and/or acknowledging the fan notable acts and/or statistics

Abstract:
A bellows-type pump includes a body portion with an inlet and an outlet. A bellows member is secured to the body portion and provides a dosage volume that communicates with both the inlet and outlet. Compressing the bellows member causes a sealing web thereof to contact the inlet and seal the same against the flow of product from within the dosage volume. The sealing web does not cover the outlet upon compression of the bellows member and, thus, product is dispensed through the outlet upon such compression. Expansion of the bellows member draws product in through the inlet.
Abstract:
A storage system is presented, operable to provide horizontal and vertical adjustment of one or more attachment assemblies configured to hold an attachment assembly mounting device. In one embodiment, the storage system comprises a rail mounted substantially horizontally to a mounting surface such as a wall or ceiling, a vertical support suspended from the rail by an upper end of the vertical support, the vertical support configured to move, slide, or roll substantially horizontally along the rail, and an attachment assembly configured to be attached to the vertical support and to support a storage item from the attachment assembly mounting device. The attachment assemblies are further configured to slide vertically along and lock in position along one of the vertical supports. Thus, only the rail needs to be permanently attached to the mounting surface.
