A user interface method of a smart device includes receiving an electrical signal from an electromyography (EMG) sensor worn on a user, determining a user input based on the received electrical signal and position information about a determined position of a detected touch of the user on a touch screen, and controlling operation of the smart device in response to the determined user input.
