The method includes: generating a first trigger signal according to an incoming call received by a mobile terminal; in response to the first trigger signal, determining whether a current interface is an application interface and generating a determining result accordingly; intercepting data corresponding to a regular interface when the determining result is that the current interface of the mobile terminal is an application interface; generating a block interface according to the first trigger signal, the block interface comprising operation option and prompt information related to the incoming call; and displaying the block interface along with at least a portion of the current application interface.
