A flange extends outward from the tubular portion at least substantially in a radial direction that is perpendicular to the axial direction. A first target break line is defined between the tubular portion and the flange and is configured to facilitate separation of the flange from the tubular portion. Further, a second target break line is defined in or on the flange and is configured to facilitate tearing of the flange at least substantially in the radial direction of the flange up to the first target break line.
