A reminder information delivery method includes steps of: obtaining reminder information, where the reminder information includes reminding contents, reminding time, and a first account associated with a first communication client; when the reminding time comes, searching for a communication number associated with the first account; and pushing the reminder information to a corresponding communication terminal according to the communication number.
