When the vehicle is stopped, if a duration time of stopping of the vehicle or a duration time of generation of the brake pressure exceeds a reference value, the maximum allowable drive voltage calculation unit sets the maximum allowable drive voltage to V3, and sets the brake pressure generated by the motor to P3 which is lower than P2.
