The hang-rail for storage and waiting comprises parallel hails, each width of which is the same as the length of the baffle grid (29). The whole width of rails at the inlet end of the hang-rail for storage and waiting is the same as the length of the outlet section. The number of rails is the same as that of the baffle grids of the outlet section.
