The present invention has following elements. An initial setup module maintains initial setup information that indicates at least a menu language. A setup information association process module which determines a language request signal to request a language the same as the menu language indicated in the initial setup information. And a network control module which accesses the World Wide Web while transmitting the language request signal to determine a browser language.
