The bayonet connector has a first connector part on the locking part and a second connector part on the receiving part which engage each other in a connected position. One of the first and second connector parts has a base and head in respective planes running perpendicular to a direction of insertion of the connector parts and a diagonal surface running diagonally from the base toward a head, the base, diagonal surface and head being distributed alternately around the entirety periphery of the first connector part.
