The first band has a first surface protrudingly provided with plural hooks, and a second surface. The second band has a third surface and a fourth surface, with the third surface bonded to the second surface of the first band. The second band is wider than the first band and forms a pair of wings protruding beyond longitudinal edges of the first band, respectively. The third band, narrower than the second band, has a fifth surface and a sixth surface, with the fifth surface bonded to a central portion of the fourth surface of the second band. The magnetic layer is located on the third surface or the fourth surface of the wings of the second band and comprises a magnetic material.
