The cap connects to and selectively covers the base and has a corresponding inlet, a corresponding outlet, a corresponding recess and a through hole aligning with the outlet. The covering sheet connects to and selectively covers the cap and has two stops selectively extending into the through hole in the cap. The scalp vein needle assembly has a feeding tube, a flange and a scalp vein needle. The feeding tube is mounted in the recesses and is selectively held by the stops on the cap or is slidable in the recesses.
