One end of the electric supply member is positioned outwardly from an outer end of an endmost driven piezoelectric element column to which the electrode is connected, while another end of the electric supply member is positioned inwardly from an outer end of an endmost non-driven piezoelectric element column to which the electrode is not connected, in a manner that adjacent electric supply members do not overlap.
