摘要：
A anti-microorganism agent completely or nearly free of toxicity, insoluble or sparingly soluble in water or an organic solvent so as not to contaminate the environment and highly effective as such, which is composed of at least one of a composite metal hydroxide of the formula (1),(M.sub.1.sup.2+).sub.1-x (M.sub.2.sup.2+).sub.x (OH).sub.2 ( 1)wherein M.sub.1.sup.2+ is at least one of Mg.sup.2+ and Ca.sup.2+, M.sub.2.sup.2+ is at least one of Cu.sup.2+ and Zn.sup.2+, and x is defined by 0.001.ltoreq.x
