A computer-implemented method of adaptive real-time monitoring of power lines of a three-phase power system is disclosed. The method includes receiving data indicative of sensor measurements from a plurality of sensors positioned to sense an electric or magnetic field around a portion of the power lines. The method includes determining a disruption in power in one or all of three power lines, and then receiving sensor measurements to determine coefficients of a linear transformation relating the measurements to one of currents or voltages in the power lines.
