In the formula (1), Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group with 6 to 60 ring atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaromatic group with 5 to 60 ring atoms, or combinations thereof; Ar3 is selected from a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group with 6 to 30 ring atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaromatic group with 5 to 30 ring atoms; and R1 is selected from substituted or unsubstituted methyl, substituted or unsubstituted ethyl, substituted or unsubstituted isopropyl, substituted or unsubstituted tertbutyl, substituted or unsubstituted cyclopentyl, substituted or unsubstituted cyclohexyl, or a substituted or unsubstituted adamantane group.
