The plurality of switching regions can include a plurality of switches and be located farther from the plurality of side portions than the plurality of pad regions. The plurality of driving regions can be disposed adjacent to the central region of the substrate. The plurality of switching regions can be located between the plurality of pad regions and the plurality of driving regions.
