The tubular body has a covering layer at the outer side wall and an elastomeric matrix at least partially embedding circular disks having a diameter and flat faces, made of ceramic material, namely a first flat face directly facing the inner cavity so as to at least partially form the inner side wall and a second flat face embedded in the elastomeric matrix.
