The conversion coefficient acquisition apparatus includes a first lower electrode, a second lower electrode arranged side by side at the same height as the first lower electrode, an upper electrode arranged opposite to the lower electrodes, a voltage measurement circuit connected between the lower electrode and the upper electrode, and an oscillation circuit connected to the lower electrode and the upper electrode and outputting a signal of a predetermined frequency. The lower electrodes of the voltage measurement apparatus and the conversion coefficient acquisition apparatus have a container shape.
