A method comprises receiving a configuration of one or multiple CMR sets for channel measurement associated with a CSI-ReportConfig IE with reportQuantity set to ‘cri-RSRP’ or ‘ssb-Index-RSRP’, and nrofReportedRS-Neighboring indicating the number K of beams associated with non-serving cell(s), K is 1 or more; and transmitting a CSI report including K CRIs or SSBRIs and the measured L1-RSRP value of the resource associated with a non-serving cell indicated by each of the K CRIs or SSBRIs.
